While out for a walk with my dog this morning, we came across a Christmas Tree along the 12 Mile Coulee trail. It was fully decorated with ornaments and lights (complete with battery pack). I want to express my gratitude, as some kind-spirited person took the time to decorate this tree and spread their Christmas Spirit and quite possibly optimism with all those who use this trail, thereby creating a cheerful connection with all of us. Just think, if we all possessed and shared this bright and positive outlook, how we could change our outlook on this past year.
Stopping at this tree made me think, and it inspired me to find the bright side and focus on all things good!
